Happy 2026 and thank you for allowing us to take the time to focus on our new location and to give our staff time off to be together with their families for the holidays. We are excited about our winter season with great focus on our evolving specials menu as well as new cocktails in our cozy and friendly environment. Please join us for lunch or dinner or call for to go. We look forward to seeing you and sharing with you our passion for great food and drinks served with a smile.

Roots

Their story and journey begins in the beautiful city of Charleston where Spencer was completing his years at The Culinary Institute of Charleston and Katie at the College of Charleston. After graduation, they moved to the opposite coast to San Diego where Spencer worked at some of the top restaurants in the city including Laurel and The Wine Cellar and Brasserie under Chef Jason Schaeffer.  From San Diego they moved to Telluride, Colorado where he worked at the acclaimed Allred’s, as sous chef of La Marmotte and then helped open The New Sheridan Chop House as Executive Sous Chef.

MENU

Our menu will vary and develop with creative inspiration, seasonal tides, local availability and our community’s desires.  We offer daily specials that allow for variety in our menu and provide a creative and unique experience everyday.

Almost all of our menu is created in house and from scratch which allows for the transformation of the simplest of meals to the most extraordinary.  We love reinventing memories- taking food and bringing you to the place in time that evokes nostalgia and a smile.  Simple food, from simple ingredients made with love .

Welcome to Eatery 66 North – our new Montrose, CO location –the next chapter in the Eatery 66 family.

We are proud to be a part of the Montrose community providing homespun meals with local ingredients, craft beer and specialty cocktails, serves in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the heart of downtown Montrose, we look forward to sharing this expansion with you!

Located at the heart of Ridgway, our new location offers the perfect venue year round.  Summer months can be spent on our mountain view patio with our 1966 Airstream Bar serving up cold drinks, authentic Mexican tacos and smoothies.  Listen to live music, play a round of corn hole or grab a quick and healthy meal on the go.  During winter months, join us by the fire as we serve up comfort food to warm your heart and belly in a tastefully decorated and cozy atmosphere.  Anytime of the year, enjoy our full service bar with 8 craft Colorado beers on tap and specialty cocktails that are unique and hand crafted to complete your experience.
